You don't want to go lower then 12 stone. I'm 5ft11 and I'm nearly 13 and I'm quite happy with that. Check your ideal weight for your height and that should be fine. Mine is 12 and a half stone but I don't want to get any slimmer then I am now. I'd look ill.

I lost my hips quite easy. I've been doing zumba/sit ups/crunches for ages and nothing was working but as soon as cut down food and started this logging my food on this site they seemed to drop off. It's normally about 500 calories. That's what i use for when i go to Zumba. Could be more though just depends how much you go for it i guess :] I hope this helps.
