I had to swap to soy protein because whey caused this problem for me. After I swapped I had no more problems!

It will fade away after a week or so. Try not to stand funny or your back will start hurting too!! Also good shoes with nice soles help!

Take some time to stock up and get prepared. For now you can just eat the food you have but just eat less of it....don't starve yourself. And I just use normal olive oil....but not for any reason...its just what I have in the cupboard :) You will get into the swing of things soon, don't worry. I found it took several weeks…

I have stayed the same weight for 3 months now, but with the weightlifting my tummy is slowly receding. I also hold my weight around my tummy and love handles. Its pretty annoying but I think there will always be something there!

It used to hurt my butt but it got used to it after severl weeks!

I save calories on workout day for rest days. So I can eat the same amount of cals!

My friend who had knee surgery a few months back has been working out her upper body. Sitting while doing bicep curls etc. Plus she loves that arm bike at the gym (when she can get a lift there). As long as you keep an eye on the calorie intake you should be fine. I hop you have a speedy recovery :)

Yup I bite my nails and i pull at my hair. I try paint my nails and wear a hat. It doesn't always work but its worth a shot!

Maybe you could plan more calories into your main meals so there are less left over calories for snacks?

Haha weird that the kettle bells came up. I purchased a 5kg kettle bell, cheap crap one full of sand. Then went to decathlon n spent more on a 10kg one. The 10kg one is half the size of the 5kg one. Infact the 5kg is so clunky, it's hard to use. Lesson, cheap kettle bells suck.

For the people saying...well yes she is plus sized compared to a "normal model". See this is the issue.....The "normal" model should be her, why cant we call the tinier model "micro models", that way at least the masses are not reading and seeing a perfectly normal women as being plus sized! I lost all of my weights about 3 years ago and put it all bacon on. I new it was coming back...and I new I had to stop eating so much....but I carried on. It was pretty depressing getting back on that scale, but something clicked and I never looked back. I think finding a sustainable way is the key here. I eat alot of food…
