I have never tried fasting but I no that I would end up with a gigantic headache my day would be ruined. I am glad it works for people though :)

Your a similar weight to me! Its hard to be patient but the time flys by and those Ibs add up quickly.

I eat my diner, then wait an hour or so then work out at around 7.30pm. Today I got back from work early....so i thought hey, may as well get it done and out the way. Baaaad idea, I just didn't have the same energy at all. So will be sticking to later workouts from now on :) Everyone is different. Give both a go and see…

I want to carry on logging honestly, Walk for 30 min for 5 days a week at least. Do more vigorous exercise 4-5 times a week. Slowly upping my cals as I was on 1200 and have read enough to realise its too low. (now on 1300 and planning on upping it more every few weeks). And generally be a happy person :):)

I had this problem really bad when I started 30 days shred, but i persisted and eventually it got better.

I do Weightwatchers wrap + 1/2 can of tuna 1 tbsp light salad cream spring onion cucumber cherry tomato dash of fresh lemon bit of pepper Come just under 250 cals and I find it quite filling!!

Thats not a problem for me. How would i describe beer....its what id image water would taste like if you left a bunch of rusty nails in there for a few days LOL. I really dont no any beer replacements, but maybe just drink less of it. Who said you have to stop?

If you dont want to cut certain things out of your diet because you like them....just dont. I havnt cut anything out really. I just eat more healthy and stick to my plan. I hope you suceed, just keep reminding yourself why you are doing this :)

^ I agree with this. I randomly found this site whilst looking for nice recipes. I started logging that very evening. And I very quickly realised I needed new food in my cupboards. I was able to search through the posts and food dastabase for better alternatives. Its a real eye opener!!

I like the breakfast!! But I wouldnt be happy eating just popcorn and fruit for lunch and i would definetly be unhappy eating cerreal for tea. I hope someone has some good advice for you :)

I didnt. We thought the hotel had a gym ....but it didnt, but i dont think i would have ended up using it anyway. I swam around in the pool for a while...but more to cool down. I have lost some stamina on my stationary bike, but I have managed to get straight back into it!

I went on holidy last week and stuffed myself silly....i only put on 1.4lbs. I feel recharged ad ready to go. I know its hard with all the tempting food around you but I would be tempted to hold back on one of your meals. You look fab and I don't see much lovehandleage. My boyfriend is lean and he even has those groves near the hips. I think they look quite sexy LOL!

I suffer some bad stomach problems along with anxiety, infant it was mostly caused by the anxiety (though mostly improved now). Drink some peppermint tea, it is soothing. It grows on you so stick with it :).
