I don't normally eat after tea which is between 6-7 but there are always those times when I feel hungry. In those cases I eat some almonds :)

I would like to lose my last few pounds and the be successful with maintenance! I also would like to start cooking more fresh meals :).

I don't really notice the difference....except its harder to change into gym clothes. I have a lot of xmas party's to attend, so putting the weight back on isn't an option!

I used to obsess all the time too, but the longer I have done this the more relaxed I have become about it. Dont get me wrong....I think about food alot, but It no loner controls me. Maybe jsut give it some more time and see if it helps.

I dont really include sugar from fruit and I dont think looking at a few days from your diary that your that over on many days. As for protein....I am always over, and actually aim to be!

Just enjoy the food....though if you could maybe have smaller portions and or exercise more to help with the calorie intake :)

oooo its just fab when people notice, and sweet that they were worried. I often get a comment like is your stomach playing up again because you have lost a lot of weight....but its still a compliment because it means i look different and i know they are genuinely concerned. May I add you as I am just starting maintenance…

I am lactose intolerant so that's why I first started using it. I also use the unsweetened version. It is naaaaaasty on its own but on cereal its nice and the texture is just right!
