Haha excellent. I am always pulling up my jeans as well. I now have to wear a belt to keep them up. But I want to wait till im at goal before I buy new ones :)

Is it bloat?? I get a baby tummy when I eat certain things. Even at my slimmest it used to stick out.

The weird side of me thinks....well I'm going to die one day....so I'd like to see the world end in a zombie apocalypse......too much to ask? I'd also bunker down and try wait it out. I live near a city centre so running for it wouldn't work. Dam I really need to get myself a set of sharp kitchen knives.

I really like the tescos light choices. The sodium isnt too bad and its a great way to have a quick meal on those day whenim jsut soso busy. These were the days i would have usually ended up with takeaway....so its got to be better than that!

That women on the special k advert is not fat. And as for bashing plus size models....its not like they are fat.....they are just bigger than the usual models. I think they are sexy but everyone has their own opinions i guess :)

Yeh I hte cooking. Everything i ake takes me 20 mins...because anything longer jsut puts me off. I eat a few ready meals on the really busy days.....not the best for me but I know the cals and its working for me.

It second the above post....you have a killer body. You certainly do not look to skinny :) and wow I want your booty. But like you said its a thought ingrained in your mind. I hope someone can offer you some advice.

I would get a house and a slightly less crap car. Then I would take a year and go travelling....o and there this amazing coat I've always admired .... So I'd get that and a bunch of others clothes seing as I'm walking around in baggy clothes right now!

I am pretty OCD about the whole cleanliness thing after I worked at the hospital and went to this seminar. It was some blokes who had done a TV show recently about hygiene in home....they filled a toilet with some ultraviolet substance and flushed the toilet with the lid open.....lets just says I don't keep my tooth brush…

I have the same issue. You can see my ribs yet my stomach and thighs are still bulging. If someone saw my upper half they'd say god stop losing weight but the bottom half would be a different story. I'm very close to goal so I am trying weights :).

I drive a manual.....but with my back issues atm it kind of hurts to change gear. However, I do prefer the control of the gear stick!!

For me it was learning which foods were ok to eat....its takes a while...and alot of toilet trips....but once you have that list its much easier!

I have a bad back currently but I find doing biking on my stationary bike followed by various stretches help....temporarily lol.

When i wash my car a work up a right sweat. I defo log it.....back then i was eating 1200 cals and had entered sedentary and from all the people saying STARVATION etc I figured any extra cals burnt should be eaten otherwise I would be netting below 1200 cals.
