Well I live in a shared house and bills are included so i don't have to worry about bills....however it can be -10 degrees C outside and I still wont turn it on. I hate the smell of the heating and I just like feeling cold.

I feel like that in front of people who I know cant keep comments to themselves. Luckily my close friends never comment on my food choices, maybe because they also know I have IBS so have learnt that its probably to do with that...and they dont want to spark a convo up about the ****s!!

This is exactly what I do. I dont find I have much of an appetite after exercise anyway....so I just eat some peanut butter ^^

I have starting just doing a whole mix of things. Stationary bike, elliptical, step classes, weights. I just think the variety keeps me interested!

It destroys my stress and helps me reduce my anxiety levels. I also am starting to see good changes in my body shape.....O yeh and to eat more ;p

I little bit of perspective here.....im a 5 foot 4 inch female on the same calories (1300)....and am considering upping them due to fatigue.....so goodness knows how rubbish you must feel :/

I'm saying due to the physical restraints of the speed of travel (which nothing can exceed), I am saying the probability of humans travelling the outer universe is next to zero. Also robotic exploration will have its limits, as the further away it gets, the longer it will take to receive a transmission.

Multi-planetary......as in our own solar system......that's not far at all in universe terms. And for humans to explore the universe....we would have to build a propulsion system capable of travelling near the speed of light otherwise travel times would be colossal. At our current capabilities your looking at 10s of 1000s…

Also remember if they are observing earth (somehow)....from the distance they would have to be at.....they would see a primordial earth....so why would they bother making the trip anyway? Just like how many of the stars we see, may not even exist anymore!

I am very simialr to you. I started at 11 stone and am on the pill. I have recently swapped onto a slightly different one, but I have still been able to lose the weight. Everyone is different though, and there is no way I could stop taking them, as I suffer VERY BAD periods.

Bread and oasta make me bloat, though I can get away with them in small quantities!
