Depends what time of day I am there First thing in the Morning - No Make-up If I go over my lunch, then yes. only because I had make-up on since I was at work.... I am not there to impress people :P

I upped my calorie intake from 1200-1800 a week & a half ago, I felt so sick too in the beginning. But give it a few days & your body will adjust to the higher calorie intake.

I would agree with him :) Switch to Brown Bread, Whole Wheat Pasta's etc & eat everything in moderation.
