What to eating before 5k

Question about Seasoning a Pork Tenterloin
So I am cooking/baking a pork Tenderloin. The recipe calls for all spices (dried thyme, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, table salt, black pepper). 1 tsp each Question: Will the pork bring out the taste of the blended herbs/spices? (to me the herbs/spices combined has very little/bla taste)

Salt Substitute That tastes good?!
So I am trying not to use regular salt as much as I normally would, but of course there's those foods that just NEED that extra seasoning on it. I have bought Mrs. Dash & it has absolutely NO taste to it... What else is there to use? Or do I just have to suck it up & get used to the bland taste of food lol Thanks in advance
