Question about Seasoning a Pork Tenterloin

So I am cooking/baking a pork Tenderloin.
The recipe calls for all spices (dried thyme, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, table salt, black pepper). 1 tsp each
Question: Will the pork bring out the taste of the blended herbs/spices?
(to me the herbs/spices combined has very little/bla taste)

not that much. But if you add a little bit of flour (1-2 tsp) to the herb mixture, it will crust up nicely on the outside of the pork. Mmmmm White pepper will punch up the flavor too.0
