Need Advice on What to do

Currently I am eating 1350 calories per day + the calories I burnt at the gym. The scale is stuck bouncing between 142-143 lbs.
I really want to get under 140 before x-mas. I do work out 5-6 days a week. Stay within my calorie intake... Just starting to get a little frustrated. My diary is open, so please have a look & let me know what you think would be best for me to do.
Should I increase my calories more?!?!
Or is there something else I am doing wrong?!?!
(I know the number on the scale shouldn't really matter, just how you feel & how clothing fits... But I would like this number to drop a little asap)

The last two times I plateaud, I broke the plateau by increasing my calories. But, you only have a week and a half before Christmas, so that may or may not work for you. Good luck!0

Your eating habits look good to me.
I have spent a day or 2 just eating whatever I felt like and busting out of a plateau. I have seen other people post that the same thing broke them out of a plateau. Try increasing your calories by 500-1000 just for a day or 2 and see if that shocks your body into losing weight again. I know it sounds counter-productive but like I said, it worked for me and I've seen other people post that it's worked for them.0 -

Yep, what he said. 2 x bmr one day a week. Don't eat exercise calories.0
