  • I knew this week wouldn't be good. Not enough exercise and above my calorie goals more often then not. Nuts. It's not even the holidays yet!! Going to do better starting NOW.
  • Umm I need tips for someone that sits at a desk for over 9 hours a day. It drives me nuts that I am not active for my entire day, not to mention I then have an hour and forty minute commute each way.
