I've been seeing people post jello made from premier protein shakes and unflavored gelatin. I will be trying it this weekend, hoping to have the caramel ones taste like flan.

We call those tacos or burritos. LOL We eat anything in a tortilla, just now it involves more spinach than beans and wheat tortillas instead of homemade flour ones. Last night I made one with spinach, diced tomatoes, and egg avocado salad...it was yummy!

I haven't made the salad jars but am reusing the side salad containers from McDonalds. If I don't want to use the dressing I keep at work, I just bring it on the side in one of those small rubbermaid containers. Works good enough for me.
