I can't remember from the last time when they are but yes, there are burpees. And I think workout 7 has a ton of plank moves. I hated that workout the first time, I don't think we will be friend the second round either. lol I am doing week 2 day 2 tonight.

I agree...every time I repeat a workout, I feel stronger. :) pushup will always be a struggle for me. Lol

That stinks...do mini suicides! :) I actually like it. What I don'the like is the front of the body workouts! I finished day 4 today. I feel stronger than day 1 :)

I just got mine this week...I agree, It took FOREVER to get synced up. But now I'm having trouble syncing it to MFP. Do you sync to the garmin app and then it automatically transfers to MFP or is there something I need to do to have it log into MFP? Thanks for any help!

Hi. I started MFP Jan 2013. I lost 25lbs by this time last year. This year I lost another 10-12 but have gain back 10 of them since June. :( I lose weight SLOW but gain fast. ugh lol. I think that is why I struggle with keeping at it. But I am getting married in May and have 22 lbs left till goal. Its crunch time!

Add me. We can support and motivate each other. I'm not starting over but I have been gaining and losing the same 10lbs all year! Summers are busy and I stop working out. I've struggled getting back into the grove again. I am refocused. I have about 20ish lbs left to go and I want them off before my wedding in May!!

I've heard FitBit HR mentioned recently. I would like the most accurate as possible otherwise what is the point? Activities usually consist of walking or workout DVDs. I would like it to link to MFP if possible and maybe a calories burned option. I don't need sleep tracking.

I'm a huge Jillian fan and am currently on Week 7 of BR. I am already feeling stronger and more toned! I love this workout because you are only doing each workout like 4 times (twice a week for 2 weeks). You don't get bored doing the same level over for 6-10 days like 30DS or RI30. I will probably try PiYo after I'm done…
