Yes See A Doctor. I have bad knees and they were popping. Turns out my meniscus pad in my knee was torn. If you ignore it, It can get a lot worse.

I have been a vegetarian all of my life. I do not eat meat of any kind and I do not eat Fish . I eat vegetables and Fruits and Dairy. I love my low fat Yogurt. For Protein, I eat soy, love MorningStar Farms. I also eat peanut butter.

I have been making this Dip for over 1 month. I really like it. I use OIkos Plain Yogurt that is just as good. Calories are: 16 Calories for 2 Tablespoons.

I was the same way. Wanted to lose this excess weight. I have lost 21 pounds and now I am at the weight I was 25 years ago. I feel so much better and I have so much more energy. Down 3 sizes and went from 38 waist to 33.5 waist as well.

Go to Fitness Frog. They have some awesome calculators. That is where I went to figure my Bmr and TDEE. Also My RMR/ I am at maintenance and needed also some direction.

I just started Maintenance about 2 days ago. I found a thread to calculate your bmr and TDEE for your calories. I am also sedentary. I walk about 30 mins a day for 7 days a week. I went to Fitness Frog. They have some great calculators for your Bmi and TDEE Then I deducted 15% for my calorie goal, it was pretty close to MFP Good Luck

I weigh every morning before I drink any water. I get up and go to the bathroom and weigh. I do not get stressed about it. I just want to know if I gained 1/2 pound, then I look at my Diary to see what occurred. Like maybe taking in too much sodium

Thank you for your suggestions. Thats what I thought I will start increasing my calories a little bit at a time. I did my Bmr and TDEE, for what calories I should have.

I eat low fat greek yogurt with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 tbsp of reddi whip. Keeps me very satisfied. I have this as my bedtime snack every night.

It may be a little too soon. I have a constipation problem as well, I take 2 tsp of Benefiber twice a day. That has eased my problem and I have now lost my weight. I also eat yogurt twice a day.

I am having trouble eating enough. I typically eat around 1150-1200 calories. But I am now walking more and it says to maintain my weight loss, I need 1400 calories. Is anybody having the same trouble as I cannot eat that much. I think my stomach has shrunk Any ideas for me

I am 66 years old and I do not work out because of health issues. Can you get too much protein, I have read that you can and your kidney cannot dispel it. I have tried the Special K shakes. Would like to try the protein powder but don't know if it would be good for me, since I do not exercise much. I walk 30 mins a day.
