  • IN Springfield, Mo here. It has been hot and humid all last week. Then yesterday we had a cold front come through and it rained all day. This morning it is 65 and only supposed to get to 79 degrees, now that is weather I could take all year long.
  • I remember the 60s and 50s. I was born in Venice California and lived close to Muscle Beach. I remember all of the Beach movies with Annette Funicello and Paul Anka. Used to go to the beach all of the time and loved to watch the body builders and Surfers. My husband and I still listen to the DooWop Music.
  • A lot of my friends have the FitBit One and love it. I decided against the Fitbit Flex. As they said any movement of arms counts as steps such as Cooking. I also Crochet and Knit so I am getting the Fitbit One.

  • I am 66 years old. I eat 1200 calories a day sometimes less. I do minimal exercise because of health problems This has worked for me and I have lost 20 pounds. One more pound to go and then on to Maintenance.
  • I was always skinny. I am 5'6" tall and when I got married, I was 95 pounds. Put on the weight when I went through the change of life, put on 20 pounds fast Now I have lost 19 pounds, one more pound to go. What a relief to get some of this fat off

  • Yes, I found that out. I quit eating their candy Also I found out I have a food sensitivity to Splenda, so getting rid of my Dannon Fit Yogurt and Yoplait 100 calorie yogurts. It also is causing me to have abdominal cramps and Bloating. Going to just stay with Stevia.
  • I figure ice cream in my daily calorie goal Love the weight watcher bars, you can get a snack chocolate fudge bar for 45 calories I also like the Dark Chocolate w/ Raspberry, only 90 calories. I have lost 19 pounds doing this each day.

  • I weigh every day myself You didn't gain 2 pounds overnight if you are at a deficient Probalby just water retention. I have 1 more pound to lose and when I look at the Maintenance Group with MFP, they all weigh every day.
  • Hi, I also have bad knees. I do chair exercises for my Abs. I walk 30 mins a day. Have you thought about Aqua Exercises? They say exercise is easier in the pool because the water is buoyant. Add me as a friend if you wish. If you find exercises that work for you, Let me know.

  • I always save 100-200 Calories at night for my nighttime snacking. I like my Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Vanilla yogurt with 1 low fat graham cracker crushed over it. Taste like a dessert I eat every 3 hours even if it is just a snack. So I don't get too hungry Hope this helps. Also Drink your 8 glasses of water.

  • Yes, Just Slow and Easy. I cut my calories to 50 below each day. As I cannot do a lot of cardio exercises and Crunches are a no no per my Doctor. As I have a bad back and bad knees and HIps. I have lost 17 pounds in 2 months and I just watch my calories and drink lots and lots of water.

  • I drink 8-10 Glasses of Water a day. My sodium content is about 1500-1700, so within my limits. Just want to lose this one more pound and then I will be happy with myself I have lost 3 inches around my waist, need 2 more inches to go But that should come off with my Ab Exercises, I Hope

  • Fifteen Pounds is a lot to lose. Be very happy with that loss. I went on a Challenge from June 15th to July 15th and only lost 6 pounds. You don't want to lose too rapid, or the weight will just come back on.
