The Chilli ones are lovely, they are 94 calories for 23g.

Wow amazing job, well done.

Fantastic job, it's nice to see results of someone who has been doing 5:2 for a longer period of time. I started it in April and I still struggle to stick to 500 cals (today was low calorie and I think I finished around 650), but hey I've lost over a stone in 8 weeks so I'm happy :D

I agree with this. Well done, you're doing really well. Great comittment with the swimming.
-
Agree with this. Well done

You forgot to add "congratulations" to that post of yours. To the OP - you don't have to justify your heading to anyone. You look amazing and your hubby probably does feel lucky :D

Wow you don't even look like the same person. Love the bottom photos, what fab definition you've got.
-
Wow well done, you look fantastic. I'm impressed you did it through diet and exercise as well even though you were offered surgery. Thanks for sharing your story.

I weigh daily but only record on a Monday.

Happy Birthday :flowerforyou: You looked great in all the pictures, but I love the last one, what a gorgeous dress. Also your smile has got bigger with each picture. Well done.

Agree. Her dvd's are brilliant. Her personal life is just that. PERSONAL. I don't give a toss whether she took drugs, is gay or hated children, that is none of my business.

Nothing wrong with Taylor Lautners body. <hello Mrs Robinson :blushing:

I'm doing the 5:2 and since 22nd April I've lost 12lb. I'm also doing Insanity. I eat back all my calories on both normal and fasting days so I end up usually on a fasting day with a deficit of about 400 cals. I like the fact that no food is off limits, you just have to account for it. Good Luck.

That is an amazing difference - well done to you both. Dropping to 800 calories a day must have taken real discipline so well done to your hubby.

I'm 5ft and my target is 126 which for me will take me into healthy BMI and also I think it will be maintainable. I'd love to be 115 but think I'd struggle to maintain that.
-
You look amazing, well done :D
-
I agree about the 5:2 diet, I've been doing that (and Insanity) since 22nd April and have lost 12 pounds.
-
Well done and to also quit smoking and still lose that much weight is so inspiring. You must feel fabulous as you look great.
-
Well done, you look great.
-
Well done, that's an amazing difference, your smile is gorgeous on both pictures.

You are constantly told to go at your own pace and to rest if required. I thought I'd give it a go, I hadn't done ANY exercise since August 2011 and I can manage to do it. I do push myself. I agree it's probably not for everyone though.

Insanity is my favourite workout dvd, I'm on the recovery week at the moment and not only have I lost 11lb but also about 4inches from all over (of the bits I measured).
-
Well done everyone, you all look amazing. These are my favourite type of thread, totally inspiring.
-
Ok although my arms are aching alot with the recovery week. Funny how I've not ached at all with the first 4 weeks.
-
Wow fantastic results there, well done. I'm on the second day of the recovery week so a bit nervous for next monday

Hi Kaylee Welcome to MFP. What are your goals? Are you dieting and exercising or just dieting? I'm doing the 5:2 Fast Diet and also Insanity.
