In all honesty, I will probably have a tummy tuck and breast augmentation after I hit my gaol and maintain for a year. I, too, would be in an even smaller size if I didn't have the apron. It's so gross! :-(

I've lost almost 70 lbs in a little over 2 years. Yes, I have gotten much squishier. My boobs shrunk like crazy first, then my butt. My belly and arms and inner/outer thighs are lagging behind. I have lots of loose skin on my belly, arms, and legs due largely to not exercising when I started, I just started in June this…

Goodwill!!! After going from an 18-20w to my current misses 12........... I realized I could have saved a lot of money by going Goodwill or consignment shopping. It's expensive to buy new each time you drop a size!! When you get to goal weight THEN invest in nice new clothing. FYI.... Depending on how overweight you…

Best way to start a weekend!! I don't have to get up before day to fit in a workout. I can sleep in and still get my run in. No pressure to be done early.

I'm 5'6", not super tall but taller than average. This weight feels amazing, I haven't been this weight in over 14 years! It def LOOKS different after being obese and having 2 children, than it did before all of it. I wouldn't change it for the world, though! Good luck!

This is attempt 3-4 for me in the last 14 years. You can do it if you stick with it. I have had bad days, weeks, even months...... But never gave up.

Either tight bike type shorts or running shorts with built in liner. I've tried all types of underwear and none worked for me.

It's ok! I feel so much younger and prettier than I have in a very long time :-)

Just like today!!! I was 1 mile in to a 2.5 mile run. I was tired. Each step felt like it wasn't natural. I said 'body, let's just stop and go home.'...........after considering it, my mind said 'you gotta get back, walking or running, it's about the same distance dummy!' So I ran. It wasn't fun today. It wasn't easy. But…

If eating healthy and exercise are both new to you, start off with just one. It's so much easier to concentrate on getting eating right under your belt, then gradually adding in exercise. I'm here to tell you, I started off with trying to do it all, never really master either one, and gave up. This time, I've taken my…
