I agree, just because some kids are eating ice cream and "not so healthy choices" doesn't mean that they are doing this on a daily basis. Some just assume this is how children eat all the time.

So sad! I always assumed Photo shop. I get a kick out of some who spend the money on gimicks that state they can lose weight without changing what they eat or exercise, use the product and dont change eating habits ect. They are upset when they dont look like the before and after pictures in the advertisement.

I love all of her DVD's. My favorite is Extreme Shed and Shred, No more Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Motabalism. I rotate the last two for Cardio and Strength and add jogging as well.

I have done BFBM and when I first started the DVD, I had a hard time getting through all the circuts. I read on hear where someone suggested to skip the second set of each workout, so, I would do one set of each of the 7 circuts and as I continued, I would do both sets on certain circuts.
