:happy: I can where knee/calf high boots, even with pants tucked in. Sounds odd but I was one who was unable to wear these until my calfs became smaller.

I have many of her videos including NMTZ and BFBM and alternate them currently. I do NMTZ 2 days then one BFBM and so forth with a rest day. I'm thinking of doing one day a week of her yoga as well. If a person exercises everyday to lose, weight, stay fit, have endurance and so forth, would one have to stop counting it as exercise since it falls into a normal daily activity? So, I think taking a walk with the dog everyday is exercise, even though you do it everyday.

This is what I want!. I have been skinny and fat, but in the end it is how I feel. I look at myself naked the most and not happy.:sad: I hate myself and the way I look and to be happy with me, I exercise. Plus, a bonus it makes me feel better, have more energy and strength.

I eat these on occasions, bad part is sodium so I try to avoid not eating them on a daily basis.

I would get sick of oatmeal real fast and I love the stuff. I could eat it everyday for breakfast, but not like this for the rest of my life. So, then after 30 days I might gain the weight back :sad:

Yes!!! Ugh :grumble: I can't seem to limit myself to once a day because I know weight is up and down all day... I think I do just to get an idea of what I ate that day that might have set me back, but it is not psycologically healthy for me personally to do this for I beat myself up all the time!
