I use chalk! It helps me a lot, but it’s also a bit frustrating how reliant I’ve become on using chalk to be able to do higher numbers of reps.

Turning changes to documents late at night super super sucks. :disappointed:

Walking during your lunch hour is one way to get in some steps. When you take the kids to the park, run/jog and work in things like lunges and squats and calisthenics. I have 2 kids, work full time, but having my spouse around to watch the kids makes a difference. If she is old enough, you could go to the gym at the crack…

Best: shoulders Worst: thigh cellulite. I can't see it though so it doesn't really bother me.

My calories were a bit high. I'm tall - 5'11" and was lightly active. I lost faster than anticipated when it was just diet alone and also just cardio. I've heard about this and think it's super scary. It's one step away from those crazy women who cut babies out of people.

Congrats on hitting your goal!

I would actually try for more reps when you switch to the lower weights. I also use tiny fractional plates .25 as I have had the same issue with progressing OHP, but I've grown to really love the lift.

that sounds yummy

You can also drop weight as you progress through your set if it helps. Ex:Set 1: 60lbs 5 reps, Set 2 60lbs can only complete 3 reps, 55lbs 2 reps, Sets 3-5: 55lbs 5 reps

The saddest truth ever. Calorie deficit and patience.
