I work from home, too. The best advice I can give is to keep Healthy Snacks (veggies, fruits, etc.) close by to grab instead of unhealthy ones. Another thing I do is get up and take a walk outside for a minute and walk it off. Nothing like a little Fresh Air to take out the Bad Karma. :)

Throw the Comfort Foods out the Door!!! If's it's not there, you won't eat it. Replace with an Apple w/ all natural Peanut Butter, or Kale Chips! They're both Delicious! Good Luck!

My favs are an Apple w/ all natural Peanut Butter (only 2 tbls), or Kale Chips!!!! Take Kale, sprinkle it lightly with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt lightly with Sea Salt, and stick in the oven on 350 until they get a little crispy. Delicious and very few Calories. You did Great!!!! try my hand once again at Jillian Michael's 30 day shred from January 2nd through February 1st. I dropped 7 lbs and 3.5 inches in my waist and hips. :noway: First round I only managed to drop 4 lbs and only like 2 inches in my waist.
