I missed a few days this week. Well I don't want to purchase a HRM so I'm just going to try and estimate. I don't usually eat all my calories. I try and stay with my basic level and if I exercise a lot at least I know I have a nice margin. How about measurements..what areas are we suppose to measure to keep track of our progress?

How do you log the exercises here? It seems like she's combining a lot of different exercises and cardio and strength together. I couldn't find Shred on the dropdown. That would have been too easy.

My pomeranian Koda is in fact overweight but not for the lack of trying. It's my husband and kids that I blame. They feed him way too much. But I'm working on getting healthy and he's going with me! So I hope to help him lose some of that weight. I'm sorry Im fairly new here so I don't know how to add a photo.

I weight myself and log it once or twice a week. I don't always log it. If I've lost I will definitely log it, if I'm up by a pound or so I won't log it. My weight seems to fluctuate a lot!

Yeah I think I'm on the right track. I just want credit for all this work since i'm not seeing anything happening on the scale. :(
