Using a FitBit & Entering exercise?

Does anyone know if we're suppose to enter our cardiovascular exercises here if we're also syncing with a FitBit? I know my steps are the same as my walk but I wasn't sure about biking. Also, MFP seems to sync the numbers and make adjustments, so does that mean if I enter everything here, that it will cancel out from my step count?
Thanks, Rily

It just adjusts your fitbit adjustment.
Say MFP thinks you should be burning 1800 a day and fitbit says that your total burn for the day was 2500, but you wore a heart rate monitor and KNOW that 300 of that was from running and you entered 300 in as an activity... your fitbit adjustment would be 400 instead of 700, but total exercise would still say 700.
Does that make any sense?0 -
You can do either. I let FitBit do the dirty work.0

Yeah I think I'm on the right track. I just want credit for all this work since i'm not seeing anything happening on the scale.0
