(I wish my meals looked half as good as the previous ones. Sorry for the disappointment. Cod with my favourite veggies, asparagus, brussels, zucchini. Side of spinach and pickled cucumber salad. Baked tofu and tofu noodles with barbeque sauce (lol), ft favourite veggies again! Process of homemade peanut butter. The result…

i havent had fast food for a long time and this thread makes me crave it nonono im a simple person, pizza pizza, mcdonalds, kfc, subway, local chinese, burger king are all close to my heart. im one of the odd people who dont like to experiment outside my comfort zone so ive never had taco bell, wendy's, arby's, etc. and…

i always try to look for single-serving or make smaller batches so that i dont waste it since i also dont have anybody to share with, and it still satisfies my need to make food but i dont know everyones different!

i know how you feel about not wanting to spend the money on quest bars, but it was the best decision i made. i only made it about 3 days ago but im already in love. my GNC has a buy 3 get 1 free for all protein bars (apparently its always available so yay), that lowers the price a bit, and ive realized they have coupons…

if you don't have enough calories in a day to throw in fruits like bananas then you're not eating enough imo

i use walden farms products, i probably shouldn't advocate for them but if you don't care about "*chemicals*" then :drinker:

i'll always have this problem, i've had it since i was a kid. it's just the fatty in me that loves food too much to put down my spoon even for a second. as mentioned before, when im actually trying to eat slower i sip water in between bites and feel much fuller in the process.
-
i have this problem, everyday. i eat until im full etc and im always under a good 500 calories. what do i do? eat 90g (6 tbsp) of homemade nut butter. yup. there's a lot of calorie dense foods you can experiment with, i just choose nuts because im always low in fat + im a nut butter addict. once i started making my own i…

i dont know why but im addicted to oatmeal for breakfast. 1/2 cup oats soaked with 1 cup almond milk overnight, banana mashed in the morning and microwaved for like 4 minutes and i recently discovered adding unsweetened cocoa powder (im so late!) but i add around a tablespoon. cant believe that it gives such a yummy…

i had this problem, and still do sometimes but it always goes away. its just water! i gained around +5 lbs when trying to restore my metabolism but kept eating at my increase and eventually lost that extra weight plus extra.. so yes im lower than my original goal weight. ps any gluten sensitivities? i used to eat 2 good…

honestly, salads at most restaurants, granted it's usually the dressing that adds it all up. but i remember always thinking (before i counted calories) that a salad would be a better choice than getting a burger. when i look back at the ones i used to eat i realize they contain even more calories than a big mac.. and damn…

my breakfast everyday = 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup almond milk, mashed banana and a ton of cinnamon all mixed together, heated for 4+ minutes and usually topped with 2-3 tbsp peanut/almond/or cashew butter. nom.

-
do as you wish, id probably end up eating at the party even if i tried to eat before it and then i would feel twice as guilty. personally id just eat at the party in good portions
-
never had this problem because i pre-log everything but i often forget how much my food weighs when i put it on the scale.. i tell myself ill remember and log it right after i finish making everything and eating it, then once im done all the numbers get mixed up in my head
-
3 sometimes more. breakfast, dinner and snacks/whatever i feel like. sometimes ill snack at random too but not often.
-
i increased my cals by about 400 straight up, not 100 per week etc just +400 the next day. first week, i gained 4 lbs. i was really discouraged and honestly felt like restricting calories just to lose those pounds. but i kept reading that it was just water weight and because my metabolism was so screwed up for eating too…

i want to try cashew as well but i've never had any yet! thanks for the recommendation though they're priced the same here, i was just unsure if the consistency or difference really matters but i'm starting to find some recipes that recommend blanched too so thank you!
