like said previously losing weight is possible obviously (i lost all of my weight without any exercise) but it really only changes the scale. if you want to lose the fat and tone up then obviously you'd want to exercise.

banana + peanut butter dry cereal (not the healthiest but i go for nonsugary/whole grains etc) oatmeal + almond milk oh and i eat this as a snack or lunch but egg white omelette with ketchup mm

the absolute best in the world. i could eat a whole jar, and i wish that was an exaggeration. for dieting purposes i switched to PB2 and it works just as fine for me - has 1/4th the calories so it makes me happy that i can have large amounts

the chocolate peanut butter flavour is to die for. i also love Dole's Dark Chocolate Coconut Soft Baked Bites Special K Strawberry or Blueberry Crisps all of the nature valley/fiber one/special k bars... honestly there's a lot more but i can't sit here and name my whole store - i love granola/cereal bars etc!

i lost 4-5 pounds on a week that i was actually eating a lot more than usual (stayed at my cousins house), i was 90% certain in my head that id gain at least a pound but i ended up losing it was great.

tuna, corn, mayonnaise, green onion, hard boiled egg. yum yum. as someone previously mentioned, now that im dieting and what not i usually have it on its own or will mix it with a light sauce for flavour.

you shouldn't be concerned with the fact that it "takes up" most of your sugar for the day, unless you have a medical condition like diabetes. otherwise, i usually have some oatmeal with toppings (cinnamon + apple, strawberries, blueberries, anything i have) or a fruit salad. :3

sugar-free jello with some fruit, or just a cup of raspberries/blackberries/other fruit you enjoy. there's a bunch of veggies low in calories as well, depends on your preference.
