OK good input. Maybe I'll do 30 DS and then Brazil Butt Lift each day? or I can try Insanity.... I just hated the first workout w/ all the burpees and jumping up and down.... is Ripped in 30 pretty similar to 30DS I wonder...

I'll have to dig out a before pic and learn how to post it... But if you look at my profile pics I've been posting my progress every month. I had about 8 lbs to lose. ( from 143 to 135) I added heavy weights and tracking each day.

That's awesome, that's a lot of hard work in just a few months. My Hubs and I do P90X too, and we laugh about it all the time bc it just is sooo challenging...you never feel like, "oh I have this beat now..." Its a good thing!

Absolutely, I started lifting heavier weights when I started this journey and I had used the scale of my doctors office that tells all the breakdown of water, Fat, what muscle etc. and when I went back six weeks later I gained almost 3 pounds of muscle

That's super. I've been doing MFP for 60 days and using a heart rate monitor when I exercise. My husband said a great quote that just seem to fit this journey "that which you measure, you treasure." So here's to treasuring our health! e :-)

awesome! mine was a small goal too...about 10 lbs total....but it takes just as much commitment each day and then maintenance....

me too... I think I eat like a normal person but I really try to avoid junk food, processed food...I just don't like the taste of it much. you'll note the past week I was on vacation so I just quick added 1300 cal per day.

Poor Dreya really rubs me the wrong way! We fast forward past the Dreya Rolls...time waster! So many of those names listed the same line… "I hate it… But I loooove it!" And he has total crazy eyes at that moment.

" I'm on the stop eating like a pig" diet. No, I am surrounded by a group of moms who are all jumping on the bandwagon of a $250 , 25 day "cleanse" And of course they're losing weight… But it just feels good to be quietly over here doing my food journaling and working up a sweat everyday.

I haven't, and I think that for many of the exercises you could use your body weight or at least the bands...is there a reason you don't/cant do the free weights?

Yes, I'm doing that right now… Instead of using the app go to the Internet and type in my fitness pal. You may have to login occasionally but usually when I just click on it it knows who I am.

Spagetti squash is awesome! its a bit toothier than real pasta... AL DENTE... I guess... Once I put some leftover roasted cauliflower soup on it and it was practically like fettucini alfredo. YUM!
