P90x to 30DS?

What should I expect ?
Right now I do p90x, about 3 days per week alternating w Zumba and my own weight routine and some hill walking...

    If you've done P90X, 30DS should be a walk in the park :laugh:

    Looks like you're going backwards to me. Try insanity next.

    30DS is quite a few steps down from P90X. Jillian workouts tend to be a lot more beginner oriented and if you've completed a round of P90X then really there won't be much of a challenge to them. You're beyond that.

    OK good input. Maybe I'll do 30 DS and then Brazil Butt Lift each day? or I can try Insanity.... I just hated the first workout w/ all the burpees and jumping up and down....

    is Ripped in 30 pretty similar to 30DS I wonder...

    Can I ask why you have become so focused on Jillian Michaels workouts lately? It's just that she doesn't typically make workouts that cater to people who are already at a fitness level befitting of P90X. If you're capable of completing a round of P90X with little modification, then more than likely even her most advanced workouts won't be enough for you.
