Yes. I change in the bathroom or the one changing room they have. Mainly because I don't want anyone to see, but also because other members sometimes bring their older children in there and I don't want to scar some poor boy for life. =P

We toss them. If you work out of the home, take them there - maybe leave them in the break room? There's always random left over food it ours and people will eat it, lol.

I'm 5'4" as well. Started at 261 lbs and was a size 22/24. Currently 197 lbs and in a size 12 womens or 15 juniors. My goal is a size 8. Not sure what I'll weigh when I get there, but no one ever believes I'm close to 200 pounds.

I see a trainer twice a week and he always changes up the work outs. I too change what I'm going on the days I'm not with him. I agree with what everyone else is saying. I was surprised with my HRM results but it calculates your age, height, etc. with your heart rate so it's more accurate than the general information here.
