  • could be because of the dieting in restricting Kcals, limiting fats, or generally not getting complete nutrition. I had that problem when I crash diet. fatigue, alopecia, dizzy... If you are limit might want to look into that if your getting good nutrition consult your doctor because don't think that is normal.
  • wow this looks really good and simple thanks for posting
  • some foods (those with * by name) are user submitted and are off I have had to go to usda database to cross some numbers before I logged because seen a post that had an apple with like 10g sat fat... only caught it cuz it shot up so quickly and knew something was off. After that I started cross referencing before logging.
  • Way to go. Keep that belt and wear it with pride. It is a reminder of all the work you have made to achieve what you have. Also when people ask you can just go to your old notch on the belt and say "I used to be this big".
  • Am going to be watching first season with a friend. She is all obsessed about it. But she want to "be here" when I watch it dunno. At least you give me some hope that it is good lol. Or i am just going to watch a show with eye candy for the girls and that i will hate :p.
  • Hey your in my neck of the woods... more less. Yeah has been rather warm here and yes it makes me tired as well. I was out trying to tend garden and the sun beating on you just saps all energy. I have turned to making yogurt pops as healthy treat... as for evening cooking...me and kitchen are not friends at the moment. At…
  • Your need to express how important this is for you to them. They may not really care about portion size or how many calories an item has. And that is fine, you are not forcing them to/ or not to eat anything. But just as they don't want you pushing: "thats not healthy for you, Do you know how many Kcals are in that...."…
  • yep would say cheating. I did not want to add input earlier cuz just out a relationship for same thing so somewhat bias. It hurts all the same drove a wedge between us did not end well (as you no doubt guessed). Heart goes out to you love hope she realizes and changes.
  • sorry it turned so bad. First congrats on the weight loss (awesome job). Also realize that you are doing this in a healthy way. I think people hear someone is wanting to lose weight and think of all the fad diets in media and the unhealthy habits some people turn to. If given any grief from therapist reassure that you are…
  • Have same problem. Sit ups without a mat on hardwood are killer. I have learned to do most at a tilt or take a town and place down for extra padding. I am intrigued with this tail theory.... it it can coil and grasp things I am game. plus would let others know when i am happy. :p
  • sweet potatoes, oat meal, brown rice, fruits, veggies, any slow burning complex carb would work.
  • do HIIT or a C25k program they are really good at building cardio adjust what week you are on to really push self and feel out of breath between each interval but not so much that you don't recover between the time set. . also day prior to test don't run and let self rest hold off on restricting Kcals eat meal like 2.5-5…
  • MFP sets protein % really low. I know that to much is bad but it is easily safe to go up to 1g per pound body weight and know body builders often go over but don't know exact point where becomes bad. I shoot for 1g/lbs
  • Schwiggity is right the concern is for added sugars in processed foods or even table sugars or natural sweeteners (honey, agave and such) The sugars in fruits are still sugars so a concern if diabetic or prediabetic. However, they also have fiber, vitamins and minerals that offset the impact of the sugar.
  • That is awesome.
  • yay only child club
  • He was right you were using it as a crutch and is a slippery slope. It is easy to fall back into that OCD like habit of wanting "just check" to reassure self. With history of ED good to cut off early. You know what you are eating and if it is healthy as long as you keep your intake good it will all work out. Good luck to…
  • Thank you for citing your source.
  • I like epj idea of change to maintenance. If nothing else it helps to log can be a slippery sloap when not keeping track. Depending on vacation type.
  • it is rubbish, running have leaner legs and great bottoms. To bulk up thighs is a totally different process and would be hindered by running. Just be careful when you start overuse injury is common if you try and push to hard or long.

  • I like to have a list when going grocery shopping if not a staple of diet. Otherwise i end up forgetting something or buying things that i might use (but usually forget i have). As to new recipes i usually do that on the fly and jot down list of what I need for new recipes that day and go shopping. If i try to plan to far…
