Congratulation, has to be such an awesome feeling reaching those milestones. Keep up what your doing.

lighter weights more reps for toning. Lifting heavy generally used to build mass.

looking at your ticker see you only have 5lbs to lose for goal weight. 2lbs a week is difficult when that close your body will not wanna give up stores that quickly 0.5 - 1 lb is reasonable and upping intake may help body to realize that it is okay to give up some fat stores.

I don't know brand or such but I got a pair that loop and hood behind ears and they work wonderfully. With exception of when i pull on the cord by accident they don't move from ears. The standard ear buds were always popping out and the ones that have the hard band across back of head i always manage to break... but that…

Yes, keep doing weights. It will help you in many ways. The resistance training will help you to retain the muscles you have and toning will just add definition as you lose fat. Also the "after burn" of weight training will add to caloric burn. You want to preserve lean mass you have because that is what is burning…

pelleld is correct mfp ask for activity level and uses that as a modifier in calculating daily kcal intake. Exercise is a sustained increase in heart rate i would venture for a normal person to be at lease above the 60-100bpm norm that is allowed for "normal" heart rate.

I heard they are the spawn of Satan and pushy telemarketers.

You lost me at white bread but don't think it is disgusting. But i would not eat it lol

Just reattach and let your body heal. If you exercise do super light and really listen to body. Know it sucks to be down and mind ready to go but just don't have energy; but the sickness will pass soon. PS love your "cartoon me" drawings. PSS watch out for magic forest deer. He barrows money and never pays back :).

sneakers have you tried to half the dose called for post workout? or to mix with different substance rather then milk try water or soy/almond/skim milk. Could also try different type of protein source: soy, whey, or casein. The Casein is a slow digesting protein and that may help.
-
drink after, the protein will help build/repair muscles used during working out. also might pair it with a healthy light carb (half apple or such) this is done cuz glycogen stores in muscles have been depleted and this will help to replenish them.

My family was the same way. I think it has to do with them feeling that you are rejecting them and their choices. Often food is what bonds people together and you are choosing to eat different, and they may feel also to be different. Just know (and let them know) you are doing this for you and your health. As others have…

We all have those bad days where we eat what we should not. The thing is that what is done is done; It can not be changed so take that next meal and make it healthy. Change good or bad takes time and all your efforts can not physically be undone in a meal but they can be undone in the mind. Don't focus oh what you should…

It is a fat binder and doing exactly what it is suppose to. If you don't digest and store/burn the fat you eat it has to go somewhere. And... Well shall we say come out in some way.

Wow, great info to know. Thanks all.
-
it does not add because there are so many variables with weights. Pounds lifted, reps, form.... a HRM can track your Kcal burned during your lifting time and you can log in that way.
-
with treadmills it is hard to say because there are so many factors. Speed, incline, weight all play into how many calories you burn in given time.
-
Such a great feeling when you turn that corner.

Think i heard that the caloric burn for breast feeding is 500 calories so you have to adjust accordingly. Look into that number but know you do have to keep intake higher. If you find otherwise please send me a tell just so I will not be be handing out wrong info in future. Also congrats to new member of family [if that is…
