Recommendation for women over 35: (per Dr. Oz) -Multi vitamin. Kirkland brand is very good and it doesn't have excessive amount above RDA. I split it in half and take one in the morning and evening. It may be something else causing your dizziness. Perhaps get a second opinion or make an appt to get blood work done to check for deficiency in any vitamins or minerals. Hope you feel better soon!

I think it's more about being at your "happy weight" than being "skinny". I'm about 40 lbs heavier than I'd like to be and I'm not very happy with myself because of this extra weight. Being healthy and feeling confident about myself at 135 lbs vs 175 lbs is worth it to me.

I'm kinda in the same boat as you. I'm 46 years old and I'd like to lose 40 lbs but it's tough doing it by yourself. I have gained 40 pounds over the past 3 years and want to get into to shape and feel more energetic. Wishing you luck in your weight loss journey!

I have been in your shoes too! I lost 25 pounds 4 years ago and gained back 43. Now I'm starting all over again. :)
