I'm looking for help to keep me accountable and on track. I need to lose the 30 pounds I gained back over the last 3 years and I simply better when I'm held accountable by somebody other than myself. My goal is 1200 calories a day and cardio 3 times a week. If your like-minded and need some help of your own please friend me.

I'm a 20-something year old but on a very similar track. Looking to lose 30 pounds, already down 9, and am between 1200 and 1400 calories a day plus 3+ workouts a week.0

I'm kinda in the same boat as you. I'm 46 years old and I'd like to lose 40 lbs but it's tough doing it by yourself. I have gained 40 pounds over the past 3 years and want to get into to shape and feel more energetic. Wishing you luck in your weight loss journey!0
