I agree - 10 to 12 calories per minute is, well pie in the sky. I use a body bugg and boy was I disappointed when I discovered I was only burning between 200 (yoga) and 425 (plyo) per work out. Everything factors in - intensity of the workout, gender, and how much you weigh. Good luck!

Yup - I agree with the other poster that you need to add cardio. You are doing weights three times per week with short rest periods. That's awesome, because not only are you getting weight training in, it makes your work out somewhat cardio. A real fat burner. I would still add two, one hour, cardio sessions on your non…

Try this on days you want to do cardio and weights. Do your weight training first. Eat a small snack inbetween weights and cardio. I mean small, like 100 cal. Then do your cardio. Then another small snack or your next meal within one hour of completion of your work out.
