While doing this workout.. did you eat clean throughout the 30days? I'm doing her six weeks abs workout..and honesty I'm not eating clean and have my cheat meals a week. . Well this wk it was two.

Less bad carbs...high protein..lots of veggies with fiber..water is your best drink ever!

i read if you do not eat the right amount of calories.. you're just putting yourself in starvation mode which makes you gain weight.. i had to up mines by 200.. but i workout 6days a week from 60mins to 80mins a day...

Sounds good. I might start with the classic workout. I'm almost down to 20lbs weight loss plus I'm also a mom of four. Hoping it'll help minimize this mom pooch.

Which workout plan are you doing? I wanna tone and gain lil muscles etc . I wanted to do the lean out plan but was told that's more for dropping weight.

I'm very happy with my butt. Before I wasn't. Being that I was preggo and my butt had cellulite And I hated it. But now it's lifted and firm! ♥ it!

I wish I could get more define abs but I was told to lift weights and do lots of cardio. Today I'm finding out what my body fat % is to give me a boost.

id have that for a cheat meal... ;] but if your body doesnt make you feel bloated after you eat it or you dont regret it.. kudos to you :D dont let no1 make you feel bad for eating ice cream..

hv some strawberries.. slice of turkey on toast bread..orange..or even a chicken wrap.. i got tired of egg whites and spinach too. ate it for a whole two months straight.. as long as u have some protein in it. you're good. and try adding a protein shake with it ;)

yes you can lose it. probably wont be as flat as you want it but if you work hard.. you'll get there. i lost some of my pooch and would share my pictures but i dont know how to post on here. anyone know how to so i can share my pictures?
