I did exercise every day this week. I made sure to get my exercise in before the thanksgiving meal. I also made sure to get my 10,000 steps in on Thursday knowing that I would be eating dessert.

I am doing good getting in my cardio and 10,000 steps. This week I am going to work on adding 2 strength training days.

I ate one fruit and veggie smoothie a day and also made sure to have 2 servings of steamed vegtables at either lunch or dinner.
