LOL, my husband and I have tried to train together, but we decided its probably to stay married. He works with elite athletes and we always end arguing or something. And I'm sure its me too, just intimidated by his expectations as far as working out goes.

Yes be excited. I'm on week 5 of C25K, I currently weigh 272 ish. Now mind you I'm moving a pretty slow pace but yesterday I ran 2.25 miles straight! So that means I ran for about 40 minutes. Okay I realized that there were many things that over indulged in so I had to cut them away. I have replaced them with stuff though. I do not drink soda or sugary drinks.
