Boredom, and people sitting near me constantly eating (a work thing).

Place salmon fillet on tin foil, add one of the following, lemon juice, or dry white wine - about a tablespoon, or sweet chilli sauce. Wrap salmon in the foil so water cannot get in, and place i a pan of boiling water, reduce to simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Delish with rice and peas, or new potatoes and veg.
