Well done @chandraminick did you see a big difference? I am thinking of starting again in Jan though I've been out of exercise for over a yr so worried I will find it too much but maybe if I modify and less reps x

I'm 100% in I've lost my motivation since I went on holiday. I have 12 months to holiday and decided today I'm going back to gym once kids back in school and calorie counting again from tomorrow. This is a brilliant idea and I can't wait to start xx

Day 2 of arm challenge. Have swapped leg challenge to ab challenge as my knees are just awful at the mo :-(. Which I'm gutted about as it's my thighs and bum I need to tone the most. But my knees are agony after one squat...drs tomo x

Staff nurse here on a busy surgical ward. I try and be so good but you can guarantee 3/4 way through shift I will start picking at chocolates if there are any on the ward. If only patients would buy fruit and not chocolate and biscuits. Or if I could have some more will power. A nurses group sounds good @tinkerb311 x

I have my activity level set as sedentary as the days I'm off I'm it always as active so was worried I'd be over eating if I set it different. Thanks all. Going the drs on Thurs about knee. And have set calories now to 1500 Though if I can be under would be better. But I want to set a realistic target. My tdee is 1658 But I've set it as if I have no activity. Fingers crossed by hol will be in my clothes x
