I would love to join you all. And will start tomo. I will only be doing it on my days off work as I work 12 hr shifts on my feet. But I will be running and Rin30 3 * a week. Can anyone tell is ripped in 30 more gentle on knees than 30DS? I suffer with my knees terrible with squatting and lunges and jumping x

Hi I'm zoe and 3 yrs I have a goal loss of 1 stone to begin. Though my aim is to get in to size 10 (uk) clothes again. I've never tried 5:2 so any tips for fast days eg what people eat etc, drunks etc. I'd be very grateful.

Thanks. Although I probably won't fit in another cardio as was planning on doing it on my days off, the days I work I'm on my feet 12 hrs walking up and down the ward. So was hoping 30 DS would be enough with a calorie defect to see results x

Your not the only one hun. I've gained and my food has gone awful. I fully attend to start again first thing tomo no excuses. We can do this ☺

That's great to hear @skroops, as I've not seen much of a result yet. But hearing you started at level 2 has just given me some motivation to carry on and push myself with level 2 x

Day 3 done today. Have gained 2lb so not happy but will measure in a bit as it's been 2 wks ju6 hope the tape measure is better than the scales

Day 2 level 2 done. Planks I can do. Struggling with knees. Having to just weights and not squats and lunges with them :-(

Thanks I've always had trouble with knees If I kneel they are awful and when playing up going upstairs is painful. Just trying to do what i can but with the lunges and squats feel I'm missing out as can't do them at the moment x

Well I was on day 7 but have got bored and knees killing so have done level 2 today. Modified a couple of them and knee felt better ☺

@alf1163 how is ripped in 30? Did u just start at wk 2? As is it less gentle on knees xxx

I've had to skip today my knees are so painful :-(. Hate having knee problems, feel really down they're stopping me.
