Here's my theory- when I (or most others) think we eat x number of calories, we are probs off by about 200-300 cals. So we think we eat 1200, but really it is more like 1500. I see what you are saying, but if you only weigh once a month, you may get a higher number that day bc you happen to be bloated or constipated or whatever. op, you are right- a lot of foods ppl list as healthy are high calorie. They are good for you, but in what seem like very small amounts. This is where I get confused. I read that your bod can only process 16 grams of protein at a time. So what good would it do to eat 50 g in one sitting? 34 g are not utilized. So what is one to do? Do you high protein people graze all day to make your protein count? Bc it seems like you'd have to.

Thrift stores. All of it. Exercise clothes are one of the easiest things to find secondhand bc most ppl don't stick with their workout plans and then donate the clothes, barely worn if at all. Cheap and ethical.

yo, we are some powerful women. i'm so proud of us. Granted, these are horrible fat pics. I do have much more attractive ones, but they don't show my body as well, so I am saying *kitten* pride, and showing you these. You need to accurately track your calories, first thing. You can't say nothing is working when you really don't know what it is you are consuming.
