Started at 248 and I currently weigh 198. I am 5 ft 7. It's taken me well over a year to lose...slow and steady! I credit a lot of it to finding an exercise class I love. I go 4x per week and try to get at least 10000 steps in every day.

Ignore the fact I have a drink in both pics...oh vey!

tracking calories is what works for me. I tried it all...low carb, weight watchers, fad diets you name it. this time its eating everything in moderation but tracking everything and I added in an aerobics class 4x per week....down just about 35lbs!

cut out sweets! I track them but I cannot help myself from grabbing some kind of piece of candy during the day!
-
oh I used to do this too....id do some kind of exercise and then think I could eat extra because I "worked out"

I am sorry to hear your daughter struggled with an ed, but so glad to hear she is recovered! Kudos to you for getting yourself and your family healthy!!

I weigh every day right before I shower, but I only log once per week...Saturday mornings. I like to know where I stand all week....I do not like the surprise of only weighing in once per week

so cool!!! I wish our instructor offered more classes. She is a certified Jazzercise instructor but its not an actual jazzercise studio, she just rents a small room and has classes 4x per week. I love it! its so fun and I felt comfortable there immediately. I think starting in April she is going to add an extra toning…

I started at 230 and am 5'7. ive lost 18lbs so far. A couple people have said they have noticed...I think mainly because I tend to lose in my face first. I would think most people would really start to notice around 25-30lbs

Blowing an entire week all because I had 1 bad meal. Quitting when I didn't lose 1 week.

Some days its really hard to get myself to class to exercise but I keep reminding myself how good I ALWAYS feel when Im done. So just making it to the class is successful in itself Keep up the…
