ITT: Just be yourself. But yourself when you're #2 is better.

It shows! Great job, keep it up :)

I think it gives you seizures before your workout for a full body warm up.

I like durian, but I don't go out of my way to eat it nor do I ever buy it at the market. It's just kind of a messy thing to eat which is the only thing I dislike about it. I find it hilarious when people talk about how vile durian is. I guess it doesn't bother me because I was exposed to it when I was younger.

This powdered stevia business seems to be very screwy... It's not possible to be zero calorie and have carbs! Carbs contain calories, 4 calories for each gram of carb to be exact. And if the manufacturers are blending the stevia with carbs and the majority of the product is a carb and not stevia, then that just seems like…

Today I learned something disappointing :( Also my gummy multivitamins have 3 grams of carbs per serving. Should have noticed earlier :( If it's too good to be true...

I thought people liked them because they were good for your knees, I never heard anyone talk badly about them.

Shouldn't you post what you'd like encouragement or motivation about? You can do it! ... unless you were asking for encouragement to kick a puppy across the yard or something, don't do that :#

Great job and congratulations on your 1 year maintenance

16/8 here. Works well for me. I've been taking a huge meal to break my fast around 1 pm, and possibly a smaller meal a few hours later. I usually add a couple of vegetable smoothie concoctions to drink throughout the day too. I think IF is the way to go for me.

Their descendants eventually invented airline food. Mistakes were made.

Fiber was only mentioned once in this thread so far. What has your fiber intake been looking like for the past week or so? I've been using the 14 g fiber per 1000 kcal guideline as a starting point. You should be able to view the fiber intake in the reports section of MFP if you are recording your meals closely. I was…

You got this. If you lose a lb per week, it will take you just 45 weeks to get to your goal. If you lose 2 lbs a week, it'll take you 23 weeks. You'll be an inspiration to everyone you know when you show them what you can do.

Every morning, but I'll only record Sunday morning's weight on my calendar. It helps me know how I'm doing.

Don't give up. Take care of yourself.

Similar story here. Lost about 60ish lbs in the past, life happened, gained it all back. I'm getting back there though. You can do it, start today, finish next year, go farther then you went before and make it your new lifestyle.

I tried the BPC again today with unsalted butter and a blender. Tasted much smoother and creamier than the first time I made it. Blending it probably made the largest difference. It looks completely different than yesterday, a solid light brown with a little froth on the top. Although it tastes a 100x better than that…

Yep sure will Yes, I'm using some organic coconut oil from Costco - I just bought it last week. Maybe I'm not be used to the taste yet. It also might have been poorly mixed - the fats may have stayed suspended to the top of the drink and the coffee might have stayed at the bottom, so when I was taking my sips I was mostly…

I think about how good it felt the last time I went for some exercise. I think about how good I would be feeling if I started getting fit earlier in life. I think about how good it would have been if I never quit exercising the first time I started to get lean.

Chicken and broccoli. Make them a week ahead of time so it tastes worse. The worse your food tastes, the more likely you'll want to eat less because you're so sick of it.
-
I'll probably just go back to black. I thought it would taste amazing from all the people raving about it. It just tastes really bitter/sour to me - I bought some good quality organic unsalted butter to give it one more shot tomorrow and I'll try putting it in the blender as well.
-
I usually drink it black. I heard it would reduce appetite too. I guess it doesn't have the same effect on all people.

I say keep doing what you're doing, seems to be working great. I tried to do more weightlifting and ate a little more last week and I'm sore as hell today - legs, back, arms, everywhere. Needless to say, my energy level is extremely low today and I wish I could get knocked out and just fall back to sleep. Plus I gained a…

A great digital scale can be had for 10 or 15 bucks. Analog sounds like a headache.

So many variables go into weighing yourself. Diet, sodium and water retention, glycogen reserves. 1.5 inches off the waist is huge though, so yeah I would say that muscle gains are a possibility if you stuck with the routine you laid out. It's more common in newbies to quickly gain muscle quickly early on as well, so if…

Yes, they both burn calories and help. Have you been eating a lot more when you do them? How long have you been trying?
