As a friend once said, "at least you got your starter marriage out of the way." Married my first girlfriend. Found out she started a 4 month affair shortly after we were married. Completely blindsided. That's life, what can you do but pick yourself back up from there.

IIFYM, plan your ingredients based on what fits your macros best. Sugarfree is probably better in general, as most people probably get more carbs than they actually use.

I wouldn't stop taking your meds. Levothyroxine is supposed to increase your T3 levels and actually increase your metabolism (i.e. a common side effect is weight loss, not weight gain). I'm not sure why you're gaining weight, maybe you haven't been as active as you were before? Certainly talk to your doctor about this…

Yes. I'm a little ahead of schedule, but I feel fine. I'm gauging my progress by how heavy my main weightlifting days are. I started these goals about 6 weeks ago and I have them going for about 26 weeks, but if I'm ahead of schedule I'll probably end sooner.

If these people matter to you then try to explain it once or twice to them, let them know it works and that you have plans and goals that you're trying to achieve. Let them know how far you've come and how far you're going to go. If they don't matter, just ignore them. Just remember, haters gonna hate. Can't change that.

My same thoughts :D . Anything you eat at dinner, I can make for my own breakfast in under 10 minutes. I'd add protein powder shakes because that's usually what I start my day off with.

Jeez, very harsh. Not sure what incredibly awful things he's said to deserve that, but it seems a lot of people are dogpiling some hate on him.
