I agree, sweet grits just sounds wrong. Salt and butter is the only way to go, unless you want to add some cheese, bacon, or as stated shrimp!

Thanks for the responses. I added in some higher calorie items for today like Greek yogurt verses low fat yogurt and some cocoa treats for an extra snack. Looking at some of your diaries I was like yum I can add back in some good food like bacon and cheeses. :bigsmile:

Bump I just increased my calorie goals and I am finding it hard to meet the higher calorie intake, just looking for some ideas.

My goal is 145 which is my happy weight. Size 10 some 8's and a medium shirt. (But that was with no muscle, my goal weight might very well change once I start getting muscles. :smile: )

Mine do this as well, at first I was like "oh no" but then I thought EVERYONE has nipples not just me so what is the big deal. Anyone who feels the need to look, comment, or anything else concerning my nipples really needs to grow up or go back to kindergarten where their maturity level is.

I was able to finish w4d1 today. I had to pause it for a second or 2 to catch my breath during the 5 minute intervals, but only one pause for each 5 minutes and never longer than a second or 2 so no complaints here. :bigsmile:

For me, it is because I am unsure of what to do and I feel intimidated. Well I attempted w4d1 yesterday and I was unable to complete it. :grumble: About 20 minutes into it my calf cramped up and I was unable to finish. Don't give up! The first couple of days I did it on carpet barefoot then I switched to wood floors and wearing tennis shoes and I could really tell a difference, give it a day or two.
