  • I eat very clean and a lot of the zero point foods. I eat 3 square meals a day and includes veggies. I also eat healthy fats which cost points.   • the best way to get an accurate number is a Heart rate monitor. I find everyone burns at different rates and the best way to not get an inaccurate number is to measure your own heart rate. I've varied as much as 175 calories from machine to my HRM.
