I know this sounds mad, but I'm struggling to get to my daily calorie allowance without going way over my carbs and protein limit. I'm doing this diet to bring my blood sugar down (which is working) and lose weight - which is working too but slowly. Any ideas?

Oh the whole I'm feeling far more positive today than I did yesterday, thanks to all you lovely people who have offered such great support and advice. Thanks very much, I feel so much more motivated to carry on and look even deeper into this way of eating. I use Diet Doctor for keto approved LCHF recipes but has any of you…

@KetoGirl_ZC @Aquawave @cstehansen I am in the UK. I'll see whether I can get a kit from the pharmacy. I was under the impression they were really expensive. Good news!

@KetoGirl_ZC the only figure I have been told is HbaC1 which is at 7.25. I'd like to get it down below 6 pretty quickly.

Where do I find my fibre total and carb total in order for me to subtract?

I quite like the Shirataki noodles (Zero Noodles) but I can't believe how expensive they are! They're only water and yam flour!

Hi, I've just started my second week of the 5:2 diet. I find drinking LOADS of sparkling water or low salt OXO stock cube as a hot drink helps me with hunger. However, just getting up and being a bit busy takes my focus of it. As I have quite a bit to lose, I'm limiting my calorie intake on non fast days to anywhere…
