I am VERY upset that I joined Premium and paid the required fee in order to track my NET carbs as I am on a keto lifestyle. Does anyone know how to get NET carbs on an iPad after JOINING MFP premium??

    Net carbs isn't a feature on Premium. It isn't even advertised in what Premium offers.

    There is a keto script for Chrome that will show you net carbs. Just search for "mfp net carb script".

    Maybe you can track fiber right alongside the carbs? Then just subtract?

    Also, the Atkins app tracks net carbs. For free. Just sayin', MFP.

    I am struggling to reach my daily calorie allowance without going over my carbs and protein macros. Any advice?

    Eat more fat and protein? Macros don't really matter for weight loss, it is dictated by your calorie intake.
