I think everyone goes through these humps. The best thing to do is no matter how much you DON'T want to work out or eat right, just do it anyways. You always feel better after you did it and it gives you a little hope for the next day. Just keep with your routine and sooner or later you'll be past that hump and back to…

Hmm, well I went to shape.com and entered time and weight and it is way off from what i regularly burn. The problem is, it doesnt give you the chance to enter what level of intensity you workout. Yeah if I did 30 minutes on the eliptical at a 15 level intensity, I'm not going to burn as much as I would at a level 30. I'll…
