  • Your well on track. All I'd say is try and prepare for a lifestyle change and not a diet. Create new healthy habits to replace the old unhealthy ones. After almost 2yrs of changing my diet I now see food as a fuel, Eat to live, don't live to eat:laugh: Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • I'm welsh but live in England, nice to liked  Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • I find that I can taste fat or grease now so I tend not to enjoy really fatty stuff. I still eat pizza an that but i just make a lower fat option that tastes nicer to me.
  • I'm at my goal weight now and I still plan every meal and try to keep them to so many calories e.g, 400 for breakfast, 400 for lunch and 600 for dinner. I think it helps to keep tighter control and soon enough it becomes habit and what your body expects to get.
  • I worry that my anxiety might ruin a holiday or something though. Also I'm an army wife and next april my husband will be in afgan for 6 months so i'll have no-one to watch the kids for me so i can get out!!!
  • I'm glad its not just me, even on my days off and I walk the dogs I stomp it out like a woman on a mission and I can't go any less than 3 miles minimum , I have no idea why its 3. I actually like it when people pass by now and don't recognise me
  • Hi, I love running with my dogs(google canix) in the uk so i'm planning to run a half marathon before the year is out with them. Have you done many marathons then?
  • Hi and welcome, I'm a 28yr old married mother of 2. Just wanted to say hi, i love this site it helps me keep track of my food as I love to eat. So good luck! p.s, if you have a smart phone download the myfitnesspal app, you can even use your phone as a scanner to enter food and it syncs with the p.c version automatically…
