  • My husband and I do different parts of the P90X.... the Yoga, Abs... and did I mention the Yoga!! haha and I do the "butt-kicking" cardio part occasionally! It's good stuff... I am sure if someone were to stick to the whole plan they would see fantabulous results... we just do it because it's fun!

  • I heard about the 1 and 1's as well! Just start jogging at a semi-fast pace and then after one minute, walk for one minute and repeat! I heard this works very well. I have not tried it yet! I can't wait to now that it is much warmer out!! :o) Take care and keep it up!

  • I take B6 for energy and metabolism. I have also hear of Phenter NP (it is an herbal phentermine). My friend takes it and I took it once and I had not "jittery" effects. I hope this helps.

  • I would still use regular mayo only because the low fat and fat free is VERY disgusting!! Only use enough to "glisten" the bread!! Or whatever you are using it for!!
